If you’re having trouble keeping up with your rent payments, the Federal Government has issued an order that prevents landlords in the US from evicting many of their tenants until after June 30, 2021. The Marion County Low Income Housing Energy Assistance Program (IndyEAP) provides financial assistance to low-income households to maintain utility services during the winter heating season.
